A cancellation request may be considered only if the request is made before the assessment, report preparation, consultation scheduling, or other service fulfillment has started.
Once the assessment has been submitted, report generation has started, digital content has been delivered, or a personalized service has been scheduled or performed, cancellation is generally not available.
Services requiring manual review, birth-detail processing, or personalized guidance may not be cancellable after the relevant details have been received and work has commenced.
If a duplicate order is created by mistake or a technical issue prevents the service from being initiated, we may cancel the duplicate or incomplete order after verification.
In exceptional circumstances, the institute may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account service status, operational effort, and applicable legal obligations.
If a cancellation request is accepted, any related refund or adjustment will be handled in line with the refund policy and the payment provider's processing timelines.
